Privacy, Please

Yup, I am going private for a bit. I suspect that it will be fairly temporary. I sent 6 invites out just giving a heads up to anyone who might still come by here.

Just to explain, there is an extra special person from work who is insisting that we will be bff's (that would be best friends forever). I am not the only targeted one, but so far I am the only one who has outright said that we will never have a friendship outside of work and she responded right back that we will be friends someday. Creepy.

I left this little bit of space up on my monitor at work. I was showing one of my friends the picture of my latest purchase when SHE walked up to horn in on the conversation. I thought that I had the address covered but statcounter tells me that I had a little visitor. That little visitor paid a visit to all of my pages that same night.

It's okay that someone looks at all the postings in here, really, I promise. The timing just was too skin crawling coincidental.

So, if you are here because of my invite, welcome to my humble spot. Again, I suspect that I just need to hide this for a few months and then back to my regular, not posting or posting about the mundane, with really bad sentence construction and non-punctuation.

I love this

"someone I cared about even though we weren’t close"

I love this phrase. I found it in an article in the New York Times, this evening. Don't you have those people in your life...You truly do care about them but are not close to them, like the way you are with your best friend you call everyday or your family?

ooh the Dexter Finale is starting...gotta go...

Most Evil

My younger sister recommended a show on the Discovery Times channel that has me riveted. It is officially on Tivo's season pass. Most Evil.

If you are not aware, my dream job would be Forensic Psychiatrist.

I've always been an observer of human ticks and tiny neuroses and I am a prime example of some classic ones (but who isn't).

This is exactly the type of show that is right up my alley. It does, of course have that sensationalism that most serial killer series in the first 15 minutes but the remaining 45 minutes really has quite a bit of actual physical and mental medical information about why they kill and what in there past could be behind it. That could be abuse, actual damage to the brain or mental illness or a mix of the three. They also throw in discussions about ethics as well. More like a university lecture than ABC's Primetime Live.
